Beef Gravy/Au Jus

INGREDIENTS: 

2½ c Water

2 T Shirley J Beef Slow Cooker

1 T Corn Starch Mixed With 1 T Cold Water (for gravy only)

DIRECTIONS:

Au Jus:

Combine water and Beef Slow Cooker in saucepan and bring to a simmer while whisking.  

Beef gravy:

Follow recipe for au jus above. While simmering, slowly add the cornstarch mixture, whisking briskly to 

prevent lumps.

Yield: approximately 3 cups
