Creamy Chicken & Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups                               water

  • 1 t                                           Shirley J Chicken bouillon

  • ¾ cup                                    Shirley J Original Whisk Bliss

  • 1                                              onion, minced

  • 1                                              carrot, peeled and diced

  • 2 cloves                                 garlic, minced

  • 1                                              bay leaf

  • ½ t                                          dried tarragon

  • 24 ounces                            cooked chicken meat

  • ½ cup                                    frozen peas

  • 1 T                                          fresh parsley, choppe

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients stir well do dissolve powder. Bring mixture to a slow boil over medium heat.  After mixture boils reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add meat and peas, stir and simmer just enough to heat meat throughout. Remove from heat. Serve over cooked waffles, Garnish with parsley
