Mugging! Piña Colada Cake

Ingredients

  • 1–3 ounce envelope or 1/2 cupShirley J Mugging! Old Fashioned Yellow Cake and Cobbler
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

Mix and bake cake according to package directions adding coconut and pineapple into batter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
