Mugging! Piña Colada Cake
- 1–3 ounce envelope or 1/2 cupShirley J Mugging! Old Fashioned Yellow Cake and Cobbler
- 5 tablespoons water
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup crushed pineapple, drained
Mix and bake cake according to package directions adding coconut and pineapple into batter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
