Mugging! Sour Cream Raisin Cake
- 1–3 ounce envelope or 1/2 cupShirley J Mugging! Old Fashioned Yellow Cake and Cobbler
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Mix cake according to package directions, using 4 tablespoons of water rather than 5 and adding sour cream, and raisins to batter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Top hot cake with chocolate chips, allow to melt.
