Creamy Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c. Shirley J White Cheddar Sauce
  • 1 lbs Broccoli, Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces
  • 5 c. Water

Directions:

In large stock pot combine broccoli and 3 cups of the water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes or until broccoli is very tender. Using submersible blender (stick blender) blend broccoli and cooking water until very smooth (a food processor may also be used). Add remaining water and White Cheddar Mix to soup mixture and stir. Bring mixture back to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Serve. Garnish individual bowls of soup with shredded cheese, if desired.
