Sour Cream Cranberry Sauce
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup Shirley J Universal Cream Soup & Sauce Mix
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 2 cups dried cranberries
Combine water and sauce mix in pot, stir well. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, add remaining ingredients, and simmer 10 minutes.
Use as a baking sauce for chicken or pork chops or as a gravy for casseroles containing turkey or chicken. Also, this recipe can be made gluten-free by using Shirley J Gluten-Free Cream Soup & Sauce Mix.
